Terms & Conditions: Moroccan Experience Hub
1. Our Role as Tour Designers
Moroccan Experience Hub operates as a professional Tour Designer and itineraries as local experts with deep moroccan tourism konwledge and experince . We specialize in connecting tourists with reputable, vetted, and cost-effective local agencies that provide the actual transportation and tour services.
Please Note: We do not own, operate, or manage a fleet of vehicles. All transportation, accommodation, and guiding services are provided by independent third-party licensed agencies.
2. Booking and Payment
By booking through us, you acknowledge that our service is the design and coordination of your trip.
2.1 Booking Confirmation: Your itinerary is confirmed once the booking deposit or full payment is received.
2.2 Payment Structure: Currently, all final balances are to be handled in Cash upon arrival on the first day of your service.
2.3 Methods of Payment: * Deposits: Accepted via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or PayPal.
Final Balance: Must be paid in cash to the service provider on day one.
Advanced Full Payment: If you choose to pay in full via Bank Transfer or PayPal, a 5% transaction fee will be applied. This must be settled at least 5 days prior to the start date.
2.4 Currency: All prices are provided in Euros (€). While other major currencies may be accepted for cash payments, the conversion will be calculated based on the mid-market rate on xe.com at the moment of payment.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Traveler: * Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date: Full Refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date: No refund.
3.2 Cancellation by Moroccan Experience Hub: We reserve the right to cancel or suggest an alternative if the third-party agency cannot fulfill the request due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.). In the event of a total cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.
4. Itinerary Flexibility
4.1 Nature of Travel:
While we design itineraries with precision, travel in Morocco requires flexibility. Weather, roadblocks, or local events may require the operating agency to adjust the route.
4.2 Changes:
Any requested changes to the design after booking may result in additional fees and are subject to the availability of our partner agencies.
5. Transportation and Agencies
5.1 Service Providers:
Transportation is provided by independent, licensed agencies. While we only partner with agencies that maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, the vehicle (4x4, van, or minibus) is the property of the third-party provider.
5.2 Driver/Guide:
Your driver is an employee of the operating agency, not Moroccan Experience Hub. However, if you have any concerns regarding their service, please contact us immediately so we can mediate .
6. Liability and Limitations
6.1 Intermediary Status:
Moroccan Experience Hub is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay resulting from the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
6.2 Operational Responsibility:
The third-party agencies are responsible for their own insurance and safety protocols. By booking, you agree that Moroccan Experience Hub is not responsible for the physical operation of the tour.
7. Photography and Marketing
We may occasionally use photos or videos taken during trips for marketing our design services. If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know at the time of booking.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking through Moroccan Experience Hub, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms, specifically our role as an intermediary designer and not a direct transport provider.
